STRATEGIC NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

  • Primary Skills: Three or more years Sales Management experience in developing and managing sales teams with both inside/outside sales focus. Track record in building a dynamic sales team from the ground up.

  • Job Description

    Secure new revenues/lines from strategic/major account prospects; from the Account Executive level up to the International level. 
    Coach Account Executives. Activity Management. Account Planning and execution.
    Negotiate complex agreements.
    Close large deals.
    Manage key account relationships.
    Looking for a leader within the Business community who can drive business 
    ---by defining new business requirements and building key relationships.

  • Other Skills:

    Account/Product Sales: To assist in achieving all assigned sales volume and product availability objectives at assigned accounts and expand or develop new business for 
    assigned US market market areas. Experienced in negotiating complex deals.

    Market Intelligence/Planning: To help survey, analyze and report all relevant market and competitive conditions significant to Dream1's business development as well as contribute 
    to the process of establishing sales strategies and plans to address identifiable market opportunities.

    Account Management: To help promote and provide Full-Circle business solutions to new and assigned accounts and implement the 360 Business Solutions concept in support of building Dream1's business with those accounts. Expertise in putting together strategic deals.

    Sales Coordination: To help structure and coordinate the logistical process of order acquisition and entry, to manage price negotiations as directed and to facilitate a smooth working customer-supplier relationship.

    This position reports directly to the National Marketing & Sales Director. Must be well experienced in business to business sales development in the Internet world. Candidate 
    must possess strong industry contacts, be a team player and thrive in a fast paced environment.
