Primary Responsibilities:

Identify, initiate & secure partnerships with e-commerce sites, B2B & B2C
---automotive related companies, lenders, suppliers & manufacturers.
Negotiate complex agreements.
Close large and strategic deals.
Manage key partner relationships.
Work with Marketing on Company's product development & sales efforts.
Looking for a leader within the Internet community who can drive business
---by defining business requirements and building key relationships.

This position reports directly to the President & CEO. Must be well experienced in business development in the Internet world. Candidate must possess strong industry contacts, be a team player and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Skills required:

Significant experience in business development with emphasis in the
---on-line world.
Background should include development, implementation of strategic
---alliances, strategic partnerships and distribution agreements.
Must have an outstanding track record of dealing with high level executives.
Strong knowledge and contacts within key executive ranks of
---web-based firms.
Expertise in putting together strategic deals.
Strong self starter with superb communications skills and leadership.
Track record in building a dynamic sales team from the ground up.
Ability to manage rapid growth and identify strategic opportunities.
Seeking at least 3-5 years of business development experience in the
---on-line world.
Experienced in negotiating complex deals, forming & managing a
---business development team.
MBA and/or law degree from reputable school preferred but not required.
